These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Purchasing & Payments
By purchasing a service or product from Cernamic Studio, you confirm that:
-
You have read the full description before committing to purchase.

You are entering into a legally binding agreement once payment has been completed.
All prices are listed on our website and may be amended at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies where necessary.
Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued via email.
3. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
All purchases are final.
Refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling requests are considered solely at our discretion and must be submitted in writing via email.
-
Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for studio credit or rescheduling.
-
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.
-
Failure to attend a booked session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
As a small independent studio, these policies help us minimise financial losses and maintain fair scheduling for all participants.
Cernamic Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or courses where necessary, including but not limited to insufficient participant numbers, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either:
-
A full refund; or
-
The option to transfer to an alternative session.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
For cancellation inquiries, please contact:

4. Attendance & Arrival
Participants are responsible for checking their booking confirmation carefully to ensure they attend the correct studio location, date, and time.
If you arrive at the wrong location or incorrect session time, we will attempt to accommodate you where possible; however, we reserve the right to refuse entry without refund or rescheduling.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time to allow for sign-in and preparation.
Participants arriving more than 30 minutes after the session has started may be refused entry if their late arrival is deemed disruptive to the class. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will not be provided.
It is your responsibility to allow sufficient travel time. Missed sessions due to transport delays or personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
