Service Description
This course is tailor made for those who have finished a beginners course with us or at another studio and are looking for more taught practice to refine their centering and throwing skills. You will be able to gain more confidence in critical throwing skills, have a tutor improve your techniques and correct your mistakes, and learn to throw larger more complex forms. New techniques taught include throwing on bats and learning how to make plates. -The price is included with 1 set of Cernamic Apron. You will be able to find more information regarding the aprons at our shop index. -They are no added costs- all clay, glazes, and firings are included in the course price -Please prepare for the class by cutting your nails short, wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty (clay does come out easily in the wash), and bringing a tea towel and a plastic bag We understand that a 6 week commitment is a big ask. Classes that are missed can be made up for in a drop in. If you know you will miss a class please let us know in advance so we can figure out the best way to accommodate.

Reminders: - Clay, aprons and tools will be provided during the class. - Fingernails should be kept short for health and safety reasons. - Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a bit of clay on. - Please do not wear any accessories or leave them around the studio if possible. - Please come 10 minutes prior to the start of the class, as this will allow you to sign in and get ready for class demonstration. - It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the class. Upon arriving to your class 30 minutes or later, we have the right to reject you joining the class without any refund or rescheduling. -Please check your confirmation to ensure you arrive at the correct studio to the correct class. Cancellations must be made in writing by email or text. You may cancel your course within 7 days of purchase with a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the class, course, or workshop will not be refunded. If your class, course, or workshop starts sooner than that, please get in touch as soon as possible (nam@cernamic.com). Exchanges can be made within 7 days at our discretion. Of course, there are emergencies and unforeseen circumstances that will impact your attendance so our team will work with you to negotiate or rearrange the date.
