When contacting us, please clearly state:
* The studio location
* The class date and time (if applicable)
* The nature of your enquiry

All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a booking has been made.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds or exchanges may be granted at our discretion for cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled class, course, or workshop. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding of our need to minimize losses.

We reserve the right to cancel any class up to an hour before the start due to low turnout or external circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible in such situations.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a student discount.
