Cancellation Policy         

All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a booking has been made.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds or exchanges may be granted at our discretion for cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled class, course, or workshop.

​

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully to ensure you have selected the correct date, time, and studio location. Bookings made for the wrong date, time, or location are subject to the same cancellation policy.

Please note that illness, health conditions, transport or travel issues, traffic, public transport delays, work commitments, childcare, personal circumstances, or other unforeseen events do not automatically qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel any class up to one hour before the scheduled start time due to low turnout or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible in such situations.
